The building has 4 floors of bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is the well-known Casa China Chinese restaurant. There are 21 double bedrooms with attractive wood furniture and brightly-coloured upholstery. The Hostal Ferrer is a landmark in the town centre of San Antonio.

Each room has an en-suite bathroom; four rooms have a bath, and the others have showers. The private balconies look onto the pedestrian streets, except for seven, which look over a patio at the back.

The Hostal Ferrer is 25 m from the Paseo de las Fuentes, 200 m from San Antonio beach and 300 m from the West End. The whole of San Antonio town centre is within easy walking distance.

The building has 5 floors, including the ground floor, where the reception is next to the cafeteria and lounge. The top terrace of the building has a swimming-pool and bar, and large area for sunbathing with hammocks. This splendid terrace has a 360º panorama with excellent views over San Antonio Bay and from which you can watch the Ibizan sunset.

It has 41 studio apartments holding 3 people. They are decorated with attractive wood furniture and brightly-coloured upholstery. All the studios have air-conditioning. Each apartment has a small kitchen, also a bathroom with bath and plenty of natural light. The private balconies look onto the pedestrian streets, except for nine, which look over a very sunny, peaceful patio at the back.

Casa María apartments are 25 m from the Paseo de las Fuentes, 200 m from San Antonio beach and 300 m from the West End. The whole of San Antonio town centre is within easy walking distance.

Reception is open 24 hours and the cafeteria from 09.00 to 01.00. There is a wide variety of dishes, home-made pizzas, fresh pasta and sandwiches, and of course, all kinds of drinks.

We also have an outdoor terrace in the street, which is very popular with guests, and where the full menu from the cafeteria is served.

Ibiza is the third-largest and the westernmost of the Balearic islands. It lies between the 38º 50' 40" and 39º 06' 22" parallels and 1º 17' 27" and 1º 37' 48" meridians. It is 82 km from Mallorca, 97 km from Cabo de Nao in Alicante, and 138 nautical miles from Algeria in Africa, although the closest island is Formentera. Visiting Ibiza is easy, as there are daily connections from Palma de Mallorca, Formentera, Barcelona, Denia and Valencia by boat, and from Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Valencia, Alicante by private yacht; you can moor in several sailing clubs or some of the natural harbours (coves protected from the wind).
